For external use only. This product is intended for bath use and should not be ingested. To use, empty the bath tea into a muslin soak bag for a single bath, or gently mix the contents and portion them according to the number of baths you wish to enjoy. Place the filled muslin bag under warm, running bath water and allow it to steep for approximately 15 minutes before entering the bath.
Discontinue use if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. If skin irritation or any adverse reaction occurs, exit the bath immediately and rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
