Start the water flowing into your bath. Divide the package into 1 - 3 servings. Add your choice of tea mix into the enclosed muslin drawstring bag. Throw the bag into your water, preferably under the running hot water. Let it steep for 15 min. Swish the bag around to make sure all the salts are dissolved. Enjoy your bath.
